Everything is reasonably priced. Compared to other shoe stores. They have shoes for men and women here. So hey, Stop by Shoe City, You might be happy with what you find.”
“I stopped by Lucky Feet because I was looking to buy a last minute pair of shoes to take with me on a cruise. Rashad was the associate that assisted me and he was phenomenal. I received excellent service and walked out with more than one pair of shoes because the shoes I tried on felt so damn comfortable. I suffer from posterior tendinitis and he had me try on the Sovella brand shoe. Wow! It was like walking on a cloud! Arch support and comfort…I can’t go wrong. Thank you again, Rashad! They are super fast and responsive also on the customer service, from reaponding immediatly on instagram, to taking actual care of any possible problem. “I had an amazing experience at the Nike Factory Store here in Long Beach at The Pike Outlets. Yesterday I went to the Nike location at Crystal Court behind South Coast Plaza, but they didn’t have the shoes I needed and directed me to this store.
As soon as I arrived, the employee who helped me went above and beyond. At first it looked like the shoe wasn’t in stock, but he double-checked the inventory on his system and realized the shipment had actually arrived the day before and hadn’t been unloaded yet. Instead of making me wait or telling me to come back later, he immediately went to the back, dug through the boxes, and found the exact size I needed.
He came back within minutes, handled everything with zero hesitation, and got me in and out of the store in about 10 minutes. Great customer service, super helpful, and he most definitely made my kid’s day. Appreciate the effort and professionalism—this is how every retail experience should be.
Highly recommend this location.”

“I was referred to this shop by Dance Academy of SoCal - the owner Ashely did the best pointe shoe fitting I have ever had. I left with two great pairs of shoes. I highly recommend her shop for leotards, skirts, dance shoes, pointe shoes etc. I will definitely return when I need new shoes :)”
“I was visiting on vacation and needed a pair of shoes. Found some Adidas that were comfortable. The owner assured me if I had any issues that he would help. He seemed very nice. I paid cash. 5 months later they are falling apart. Adidas won't warranty without a receipt, and the owner says he can't get me a receipt past 60 days- despite me knowing the exact day and time I was there. Kinda frustrating that I can't get help now that I actually need it. Who keeps a receipt for their shoes?
I gave 4 stars because when I called he at least offered to try to see what he could do if I came back in to the store. Too bad I live in another state. His customer service is certainly better than Adidas! Lesson learned. Take a picture of every receipt!”

My family and I came to eat locally. The business was closed, so I took the opportunity to go window shopping, so I thought of private sneakers.
I'm a huge fan of New Balance shoes, low and behold they had multiple on display, even a new style new balance
I have often wondered what lies behind these closed doors. When I say closed I mean locked ! As we went to open the door. Low and behold, Manny unlocks the door! I had to ask why they were locked. Unfortunately, folks can walk in and out without paying. So doors are kept locked.
Personally, I enjoyed my 40-minute shopping experience alone with my family having Manny to ourselves to ask questions regarding New Balance shoes. I may have never bought one pair, let alone two pairs, without his personal assistance.
I seen these very new new balance shoes, half open grey shoes on the shelf. Manny mentioned these were their newest in store. He brought me 3 different pairs until I had the perfect fit. I'm taking them @ $150.00
Manny did the same for my mother in law. She was a bit more challenging in shoe. You see, she is petite with the smallest foot I've ever known for an adult. Manny brought several different new balance shoes. He finally brought out a 4 1/2 new balance 9060 in dark blue shoe (kids) @ $110.00. Add those to my order as well.
Why I like new balance shoes they come Wide, I have a big wide foot. The stability, balance, and shock absorption. Overall, quality shoes are out the door.
Overall experience with Manny and Johnny 5 stars, Atmosphere was poppin' when I was not taking photos I was dancing. The beats were great. 5 stars

It seemed the store had expanded in size. Apparently the service and courtesies extended to me that grew. Mind you, my previous visit was very accommodating - big shout out to Jen.
This time around, scored more cool merch and the shoe care travel kit (highly recommended).

“This Marshall's is actually pretty nice inside. I didn't really peruse any of the items out on the floor but the Mens' restroom was clean and smelled pretty good (for a bathroom) seemed to be an adequate amount of employees hovering about for the number of shoppers when I walked through to use their restroom.”

“Best shoe store in the area: Excellent customer service and shoe selection Mr. Bodell was helpful and patient as he looked for the best fitting, most comfortable shoes for my husband, who has side effects from cancer treatment, including swelling in his left foot, peripheral neuropathy, and limited mobility. This was the first place we stopped when looking for shoes because we knew they were knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Bodell was also patient with me, a finicky customer, when bringing out different shoes for me try. Unfortunately, I didn't find what I wanted, but I will return when they get in their new stock for spring.”

“Can be intimidating, (I don't like crowds) once I was inside not to bad. They had a large selection of boot sizes. Only in medium width. The salesman that approached me, was cool enough to left me alone. When I paid I gave the sales guy the credit for doing a great job.
All in all a great shop.”
