21 CAR RENTAL provides a reliable and convenient car rental experience for customers in the Los Angeles area. The company is known for its courteous and honest staff, who are willing to go the extra mile to assist customers, such as allowing the use of mobile wallets when a credit card is lost. Customers have praised the reasonable rates, easy booking process, and smooth pick-up and drop-off procedures. Despite a few minor issues, such as a car smelling of marijuana smoke, the overall feedback suggests that 21 CAR RENTAL offers a satisfactory rental experience, especially for those looking to avoid the long lines and potential hassles of larger car rental brands.
