I came to return a rental car. The staff was friendly and I was worried because it was closed on Google Maps, but it was returned safely.

Noise and parking is going to be an issue anywhere in the area. Having non-functioning appliances etc is not. No ice, no television, I assume the coffee machine worked if I wanted one cup so there's that.

Very old and needs urgent updating - rooms are rough with little maintenance (bath had multiple chips and cracks; rough area; close to public transport; staff were nice but unmotivated; no microwave good diner next door;
