I would like to report that I was lied to at the 7-Eleven about the slurping machine being out of order. He lied to me as I saw him put the paper up that said out of service

came here to cash my loto scratchers and the cashier was not able to tell me why he was able to cash my scratchers he needs to be retrained and also he has a dirty uniform horrible presentation for this store.

Where do I start? These people seem to hate their job and their customers, the cashiers are rude and give nasty looks to almost all customers. Never visiting again.
