Affordable Care of Hollywood is widely regarded as a truly honest, fair, and competent automotive repair shop. The business is known for reasonable and affordable prices, often lower than expected, with no hard sells or upcharging. Customers report consistently great service and timely repairs, with the shop operating on a first-come, first-served basis. The owner is repeatedly described as extremely knowledgeable, stand-up, and kind, taking time to explain car issues clearly. He provides honest feedback on repairs, outlining options and recommending what is necessary, whether it needs immediate attention or can wait. This trustworthy approach cultivates strong customer relationships and builds business through great recommendations. Many reviews emphasize it is the best mechanic in LA, especially for Honda and Toyota owners, offering the lowest prices for the best service and a safe haven from typical shop gouging. The work is completed with competence and includes warranties, ensuring customers keep coming back for decades.

Stacey is the best, always kind and helps you understand the issues you have. He talks to you on a real level, not trying to scam you. I've had bad experiences at other shops in LA, never here.

Absolutely amazing! I can’t rave about this place enough. Stellar customer service. Stacey helped me and he was so passionate and good at what he does. So many shops want your money but he truly cares about people and the work he does. Great prices too. Highly recommend
