Been waiting for 45+ minutes while everyone is just standing around! Seems like Apple has really gone down, if t mobile wouldn't require me to come I'd never come here

The floor manager Janelle/Genelle was intolerable, rude and aggressive during my experience. I’m glad the store had AMAZING technicians/ representatives. Unfortunately, the floor manager Janelle was unprofessional. Her mannerism, false information and constant hiding in the back room made this experience terrible. I was suggested by multiple technicians to go to another store instead of dealing with her because this behavior is a norm for her. I even spoke to Apple care customer support while in the store and the representative was confused by her “advice” and apologetic of her behavior.

Thank you so much to TJ and Connor for saving me! I was totally stressed and freaking out that I couldn't remember my passcode or appleID and they talked me down and sorted everything for me. So so grateful for their kindness and calmness. 10/10 for these guys!

It seems if you follow their protocol; such as, showing up on time, everything goes swimmingly. The staff, with whom I met a half dozen over several visits, ate friendly and professional.

Apple Upper Management please do something! I just visited my neighborhood’ Apple store and I experienced the worst experience from the Apple’ store manager (09/28/2023 @ around 2 PM) she totally gave me a poker face, not even tried to help me with the questions I had regarding buying a new iPhone 15 and some accessories. Politely, I said, can I talk to someone else, she said every body is busy if you want to wait just wait, I walked to the back of the store and two other employees asked me what just happened, so I explained to them, they were amazingly helpful, btw, the store was not busy, at all !I know we all need our jobs but she might be in the wrong field. Sad ☹️

Worst place ever! They discriminate and judge you based off the clothes you wear. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Walked in and no one acknowledged me or greeted me. They kept talking & laughing amongst each other & was not working. No one came up & asked if I needed help. I wanted to purchase three iPhones today and had to go to The Grove because of how horrible the customer service is. I asked for the manager to explain what happen & asked for the person I can write a complain to. Jontè Spriggins tried to withhold the information & didn’t want to give me anything so I can write a complaint. She was rolling her eyes, had an attitude, & did not care what was happening. I can see why the employees don’t care about the customers because of the “leader” they have. Very incompetent and unprofessional at her job and gave very smart remarks. She tried to explain that there is no one above her and just walked away from me. Horrible customer service do not waste your time here!!

Unmatched experience at this location. Not crowded and the staff is fantastic. Kai was extremely helpful and personable. Will always be coming to this store from now on.

Terrible service. Came in to get a macbook pro and mac mini (4k USD in total, just needed to be handed over the product), after standing around for 5 minutes with employees ignoring me (looking away after eye contact), I asked one if they could help me. He said he'll look for someone but kept walking around and chatting to employees. I assumed he got distracted and forgot so I asked him if he was getting someone. He told me to wait and arrogantly lectured me by saying "patience is a virtue". After seeing him chatting around for another minute, i asked a colleague of his if its normal for them to lecture customers like that even whe. they are friendly and respectful, to which he answered "have a good day, sir". the whole experience was unnecessary and annoying, but it seems they are selling enough (and badly trained) to feel safe treating customers like this.

I've been getting all my Apple products here since the early 2000s & just picked up a MacBook Pro last weekend. Less wait time & very helpful staff. The other Apple stores close by like the Grove & Century are nicer looking but be willing to wait because of the crowds

The one at the Grove is much nicer but this one’s good for Genius Bar appointments because nobody goes to the Beverly Center
