Employees are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, often going above and beyond to resolve problems and handle complex requests. They are eager to give information on products. The store is also recognized for its inclusive hiring. Assistance with devices, including cleaning and repairs, is noted as being very supportive. It is considered the store to go for Apple products.
