Ava Toluca hills is an apartment complex I would recommend to everyone I know . Extra mention to the maintenance man Arturo, he was super helpful and attentive, great guy! Leasing office and Management was very nice. - p.s. Scenery is great, Deer, Hills and views. Just beware of coyotes at night if you have pets.
