I was given an offer of $6000 balance transfer. I took them up on it. Person I spoke with neglected to mention that the 1.99 % fee would be added to the $6000, making me over the limit on the card, which they promptly reported to the credit bureaus, lowering my score by 40 points. They are just as bad as bank of the west. Worthless.

Used to like this branch but it seems like everytime I've been lately there's always an issue. Latest issue was they could not call my payroll check because our company uses green ink for signatures. Now my company uses BMO for banking and I've got an account with BMO and have been using this branch and others for months without an issue, also this teller has serviced me several times even when they got my account mixed up with another person. So I went to another BMO branch and they had no ideal what the teller was talking about, they cashed my check with no problem at all. This wasn't my first issue with this particular branch but it definitely will be my last.

If I could I would give them a negative score. Went to this location today for assistance with making an electronic payment. Upon making my request I presented my Bank of The West ATM card and current CA driver's license. I immediately felt a disconnect, an unwillingness to help me. I was willing to pay a fee, but the teller kept refusing my request. I think it's time to set up accounts at another bank.

If you enjoy usury this is the place for you. I don’t like usury. Yet here it is. Charged me 12 dollars every month. Won’t even fight a transaction I didn’t make and tells me the card was used with a chip. Duh. My card was stolen and used and these communists didn’t return my money. They are all slaves to the federal reserve fractional banking run by satanic observers of Shabbat.

Have always wanted to praise Roman S for his outstanding service when I needed help. I receive unemployment checks and unfortunately the USPS comes when they want to. Depositing checks after 4:30pm on a Thursday or Friday can ruin your weekend real fast when check doesn’t clear. Roman always extend courtesy to allow more than $100 become available immediately. Sad though before just received letter from him stating my account is closing soon with no reasonable other than deposit agreement which banks hide behind.I expected this even when I opened my Second Chance checking in March 2021. A few days after opening online I receive a call from the branch. Pretty much stating that she noticed I open a second chance checking and without looking at anything else assumed I can only apply for secure credit card. I politely declined citing I was unemployed and not a good time. The secure credit card and saving account continue all the way to June. Guess they couldn’t make money off of me because I was on unemployment and didn’t have a job. The fact it’s a second chance account already gave me disadvantages like assuming I can only apply for secure credit simply by looking at the type of account I have. The branch manager there a lady with a heavy accent, she needs to chill. May I suggest 420 and a good nights sleep? Anyway being in unemployment is not my idea but I guess banks can see that sooner or later UI checks will stop.

I needed to reconfigure my bank accounts, and a wonderful Senior Service Banker named Roman Saucedo was able to assist me. He fixed my problem, and provided excellent customer service.

My favorite branch, biz & personal accounts here. It’s never crowded, and everyone is very knowledgeable. Customer since 2012.

This bank has the most cumbersome processes in place of any bank that I have seen. My company has used several branches in Los Angeles area, and we generally find their branch staff grossly uninformed, ill trained and discourteous. We have closed 3 accounts at the bank, and will be closing our remaining one account. Unfortunately we still have two mortgages with them. We will move these away Pat the first opportunity as well.

customer service........is what keeps the customer. I called their customer service department asking for the payment address, was transferred 3 times & had to wait 35 minutes on hold before I got a customer service rep who didn't have the mail address for their HELOC payment department & when I said "front line customer service people should have this type of information on hand", he said no and he hung up on me. Like i said, customer service is what keeps the customer & this customer is closing all the accounts.
