The Bead Factory is a store with a huge selection of just about everything you could want for beading. It is known for having great prices that are inexpensive compared to other places. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and offers great customer service, answering any and all questions. Workers are very kind and carry their hearts on their sleeves to ensure customers are taken care of. The store is also noted for being very clean and nice. Many customers state they will definitely return, recommend it to everyone, and consider themselves customers for life.

There were plenty of workers there who offered to help you very friendly, very clean very nice. I came up a little short and the gentleman was very nice. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everybody I know their prices are great.š

Staff was super friendly and helpful, and after walking around the area for like 45 minutes, this store had the best prices on the items I was looking for (thread scissors and beading needles). Never been here before today but Iām glad I found it!
