Best Buy is one of the last great stores for in-store electronics purchases. It is a good place to buy electronics with varied products, and they sometimes have products you wouldn't think they have. The store is usually in order and staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable. The Total Tech membership can help with gadgets at home. However, some product selections can be poor, too expensive, or unavailable. Occasionally, staff members are not responsive, and store layouts can sometimes block products. Located near downtown, it provides a quick and easy checkout experience.
Special shout-out to Mark who provided knowledgable, detailed, and efficient service to sell me a new mobile phone. I was in and out of the shop in less than 10 minutes! Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Melvin was super helpful when I brought in my broken laptop. They weren't able to fix it because it was too old of a model, but he explained all my options and ultimately I didn't walk away feeling too bad about my dead laptop. Thank you!
