“I had a great experience at See’s Candies on La Cienega Blvd. Parking was easy and convenient, which is located right next to it. The The store was clean, well organized, and very well stocked.
Mia provided exceptionally friendly service and even offered me some samples, which was such a nice touch. I’m officially obsessed with the Toffee-ettes now.

“The only candy shop in the Grand Central Market.Plenty of sugary and non sugary confections. You can also find culturally traditional sweet treats as well. There is no self serve like many typical candy shop. Cost is relatively high but it is on par to what you would expect to pay in downtown. The attendant was rather friendly and patient during our visit. There plenty of candy to choose from.”

“Absolutely love this place for unique nut butters. My two favorite are the macadamia nut butter and the honey roasted peanut butter. I also love the pistachio butter. They have a large selection of others I haven’t tried but they do offer samples. They have a large selection of un-ground nuts as well.”

“I visited several stores in Little Tokyo yesterday but this one hands down is my favorite! I'm so glad I came in here. I'm 34 but I felt like a kid in a candy shop. So many cute and unique Hello Kitty/Sanrio items. They've got plush keychains, tons of stickers and stationary, pencil cases and pens, purses, plushies, blind boxes, snacks, cosmetics! I spent a good 20-30 minutes browsing and wish I could have taken everything home with me. It's truly such a cute and bright and bubbly store. I feel like they have something for everyone in here. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. I will 100 percent be back and will be recommending them to everyone.”

“Trinket heaven. There’s lots of cute trinkets, trendy skincare. The only con is the aisles are so small and crowded and there’s always a lot of people in here so you will be elbow to elbow. Pros, this is one of the best shops in little Tokyo, money well-spent. Things can be a little pricy, but you’re getting authentic blind boxes, sanx, Sanrio & more.”

“Hands down, Little John’s toffee shop is the hidden gem of The Grove Farmers Market. I stopped by on a drizzly afternoon, and even in the rain, the setup was perfect — just enough shade by the counter to stay dry while sampling their incredible selection. Everything is always fresh, made in small batches right there, and you can taste the difference immediately.
I ended up buying way more than planned (no regrets!). Their toffee is unlike anything else I’ve tried — not hard or tooth-breaking like the typical stuff. The moment you bite in, it crumbles beautifully, releasing rich, buttery flavor with the perfect balance of sweetness and crunch. It’s addictive in the best way.
I packed a whole lunch bag’s worth to bring to family on the East Coast for the holidays, and it traveled like a dream — still fresh and crumbly upon arrival. It got demolished in minutes and immediately they asked where to get more.
If you’re at The Grove Farmers Market, do not skip Little John’s. Grab a bag (or three) — your taste buds will thank you. Best toffee in LA, no contest. ?✨”
