“Definitely want to leave a nice review for the high quality repairs on my 2022 BMW M440i at
CARSTAR Platinum Collision Center.
A State Farm Insurance preferred vendor, they made it look brand new as the car was severely damaged and many panels, a door and bumper needed replacing along with repainting and blending.
Mark and Greg were very accessible, nice, polite and very thorough in explaining and communicating what needed to be done and the time-line. If they needed to call back, it was always very, very promptly. The office staff was also friendly and polite.
I'm very critical with my car looking nice and it really, really looked new and sexy.
I worked mainly with Mark but thank you both Mark and Greg. Yes, I would come back, but hopefully I won't need to.

“You rarely get service like this in LA : I called in panicked on my way back from my toddler’s daycare with my back glass windshield broken so bad it was marbled into a million pieces (held together by the glass tint layer!) and about to collapse.
What happened - I had just slammed my trunk onto a hard object that I accidentally placed where the glass meets the trunk. And when I called Adolfo in a panic he paused all his jobs to rush back and fix it for me so I could safely go back to my child’s daycare to pick her up - the glass was holding by a thread and could have easily collapsed on her since the back seat is just below the glass. Thank god for people like this. ♡”
“Window got smashed in late at night, went first thing in the morning. Beat the shop down the street by 100 bucks. In and out within 2 hours. Friendly, efficient, fair. Just make sure they vacuum up all the glass, sometimes they miss spots.”

“I showed up here on a Sunday right after they had closed with a flat tire. And without hesitation Manny said he could knock out the tire and mount it even though he had already closed up shop. It's sad to say but it seems strange that in a city as big as LA there are still businesses out there that will take care of you like that. Crazy good price to thank you**”
“Update: Needed a follow up to do some quick fixes on the sensor brackets in the rear of my car. I gave them a call, and they ordered the parts on the same day, had me come over when they arrived, and fixed the issue within an hour.
I'd been having issues with the sensors coming off with old adhesives and the auto brakes being activated which was dangerous and a hassle.
Brian and his team fixed that up no problem at all. Highly recommended”
“When normally I leave a good review it’s based on basic customer service and hospitality , things that should be expected from a business. (but isn’t always practiced) This business is true definition of hospitality. I drove 14 miles,but it was worth it, it was a hot day but they had a little room with ac to wait while you get what you want. When I was quoted at another shop $280 for a window they did it for $120 , I’m thankful for their service and they were quick. And si hablan espanol. This is definitely one Small business that deserves all the support!!!!”

“Okay, I normally don't leave reviews for this kind of stuff but I am compelled to write one because of how AWESOME they were. I went to SIX different places around West LA looking for an estimate to get some paint peeling, rust, and bumper mess up repaired. I kid you not, they were 1. The lowest price compared to the other body shops that I went to. 2. VERY easy and quick. To my surprise-I dropped the car off Tuesday, they had it fixed by THURSDAY. Everywhere else quoted me "at least" a week. You have to pay cash, but that's fine! I will take that any day for the best price possible. I honestly was skeptical at first because (as someone else mentioned), there was no written estimate, just a handshake from Vago (the legend-he's very serious but knows what he's doing clearly.) and I was verbally told a price. They indeed kept that price, and literally I can not even see where the damage used to be in that spot. It looks BRAND NEW. Thank you thank you! Amazing small business. I highly reccommend V&V Auto Body to anyone in West LA. They were literally just all around SO GOOD.”

Not only did I professional service from the first initial intake call but their service is mobile which relieved me of the hassle of having to visit different window glass locations for estimates. It’s Christmas Eve and Joe had come over to where my car was. Amazing. He will bring the service to you. I called the day earlier and we set the date for the following day. No need to bring it into a shop and wait 2 hours to get it done. He will do it right on spot.
Efficiently took care of a stone chip I got driving across the country. I had driven from Toronto to LA. At first I tried a couple shops, but they mainly dealt with windshield replacements. The shop referred me to Joe where he had done a speedy great job and now I don’t have to worry about the windshield for my drive back. Obviously it is a preventative measure to avoid replacing a whole windshield.
Definitely would recommend!

No need to call 50 other glass repair companies like I did. They may seem a bit busy when you call but that’s because they’re SO good and offer the lowest rates. Nelson was super helpful and informative. They fixed my window fast and it came with a warranty at no additional cost. I 1,000% recommend! I hope my car never gets broken into again but I know exactly who to call if for any reason it should.”

“Called before coming to make sure they had the driver side window of my vehicle so I wouldn’t have to wait. They tell me they do have it in stock, I get there and after pulling apart my car door, I come to find out they don’t have it in stock and I had to wait over 2 hours for it arrive. After it does get here the install was quick and put on perfectly looks like nothing ever happened. Customer service was good tho”
