Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies is considered by many to be the best pet food and supply store in LA, with unmatched quality and service. It is described as a Disneyland for dogs. The staff are consistently noted as phenomenal, exceptional, kind, courteous, delightful, and very helpful, with amazing product knowledge. They are reliable and put the customer first, even remembering specific pet allergies. The store offers good deals for bulk buying. However, parking at this location is noted as incredibly inconvenient, with a narrow back alley entrance that is easy to miss. Customers recommend calling an order ahead for curbside pickup to avoid the parking difficulties.
Lines ( if there are any) always move quickly. Friendly folk. If you smile and say hi but usually they do first, they are more than happy to reciprocate.
