The bank is good and reliable - but this review is directed to the most friendly security guard who works here. He goes out of his way to be a host and direct traffic. Props to you, Sir. Los Feliz branch is the best Chase I've been to. Friendly and helpful staff, including Kendall the security guard. They're all great.
