Bank teller name Angel went into my account to access my phone number without my consent, and text me asking me out on a date. This bank teller violated my privacy and breached my account. I filed a complaint with corporate and spoke to the bank manager regarding this issue and nothing has been done. They told me they heard my case and to go to another bank location if I felt unsafe. If you're a woman do not come to this bank . If you are a father or a brother, do not allow any women in your family to come to this bank, as they will be sexually harassed and their account will be breached and Chase bank will do nothing about it.

Been with this bank for quite a few years (5700 Figueroa Blvd.) But 2 big issues: Before they got their new outside ATM's, I withdrew $400 and didn't get it, but it was taken from my account. Don't have to tell you the months it took me to get it back. Was accused of lying numerous times. Then, they gave me a counterfeit $20 bill. Am sure it was from Chase. I ended up catching it right as I was giving it to the store, but THEY refused to return it to me without calling the police. Took them an hour to arrive and then I was "detained" by police for another hour, while I convinced them I wasn't a counterfeiter. Took it to the bank, and they denied that could EVER happen. I insisted and got my $20 back. The parking lot is dreadful and a good place to have an accident. Noticed they finally got someone to put out cones when it's full, because if you pull in there's so little room that getting out is horrible. Worst parking lot I've ever seen.

Horrible bank manager. Unbelievably terrible service. The one time I met her she was extremely rude and acted too busy to be bothered. I thought she was possibly having a rough day and let it slide. My family is private client and we hold a lot of personal and business funds in chase and JP Morgan. I tried numerous times to make appointments with the female bank manager. She hides herself in the back office- I can see her there, not on the phone, not with clients- she shields herself with employees that take your name, number, promise a call back...and over and over it never happens. Never once have received a call back to schedule an appointment. Never once has she been available when I've come into the branch (weekly.) Have moved to the Pasadena branch that is actually run like a business and with at least a little integrity for a big bank. The employees that guard her are kind, pleasant, and professional and the rest of the employees are nice/professional enough.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is unprofessional. They haven't mailed me a check that was suppose to be mailed 30+ days ago. I've had to take drastic measures into insuring I paid my rent this month, but this Chase bank specifically has shown discrimination to the fullest extend possible. I opened a business account and was approved by corporate, I spoke with SANDRA. She has very helpful at first but if I knew I would be walking out without her actually turning in my LLC paperwork -- then I would've changed my reflection of her. Very shady business they are doing here at this branch. CARMEN at the back desk is also doing money laundering and fraud. Not actually turning in my LLC paperwork, lying about my funds actually being in the account *it never was*. I've been trying to get my money back from these people for the last 2 weeks. My account was closed in June, due to them Not turning in my LLC paperwork. These people are frauds at this branch. DO NOT COME HERE!

A teller accused me of taking his picture while I was on my phone for work. Face ID does not produce a flash. 2 employees tried to confront me. Definitely not going back. Ghetto location.

Over the course of 5 months, someone used my ATM card and pin to withdraw small amounts of cash from a non Chase ATM in my neighborhood. Because the amounts were small, I did not realize this was happening until there were several withdrawals made totaling $424. I reported the withdrawals to Chase as soon as I realized what was happening within 60 days of the last incident. Chase reversed the charges. About a week or so after, I get a letter from Chase saying they had conducted an 'investigation' saying due to the fact the pin was used right the first time and geographic proximity to me, that they would not honor the credits and reversed the charges. I called to speak to a manager who accused me and/or someone in my family of using the card and that it was my responsibility to keep my information safe and that I was not going to be refunded for the withdrawals. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Chase responded saying that it was past the 60 days of reporting and the they could not reimburse me my money. This is untrue because I notified chase within 60 days of the last transaction, but they gave me the runaround for 30 days. So when I filed the compliant with the CFPB, it was past the 60 day threshold- very convenient for them. Chase did not bother to look at my ATM transaction history for the last 15 years- I never-ever use non Chase ATMs. I have a Chase bank ATM within 2 miles of my residence- this branch. My card and pin information were copied and extracted at a store from a merchant's iPad transaction. I even have a police report, they don't care about that. Chase will not protect your money and will make you liable for the money stolen from your account. Do not bank with Chase unless you don't care what happens to your money. I am taking my money elsewhere.

ATM on the farthest right side stole my money. I attempted to deposit $237 and I counted the money twice before depositing. My money was rejected but the machine didn't completely eject so I had to carefully remove my cash. After removing dollar by dollar I only had $236 left. Stole $1 and perhaps more from innocent people who didn't count and trusted machine. Lost trust on chase banks. I don't know who I need to contact to get my $1 returned.

Rude customer service. I was on hold for a few minutes to make a notary appointment for today. I verified that it was free for account holders. I made the appointment. Whomever i spoke to earlier calls me right back and put me on hold. The notary for today, claudia?, asks me whether im an account holder which i am not but my wife is and her signature is needed to be notarized for the documents we both are signing. I explain to the notary that my wife's signature needs to be notarized. My wife is an account holder with chase so there shouldnt be an issue. The notary asks me several times whether my wife is an account holder and we shall see if we are eligible for notary services when we arrive at the bank. The whole interaction was unwelcoming. I cancelled the appointment. Im going to UPS to get my documents notarized hassle free.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. WORST experience ever. I opened an account online. It said I had to come in person when joining an account with someone. I did. I got there and they said I didn't make an appointment. No, I did not because I was not told to online. So I made an appointment for the following day at 12:30. I told them in advance I'll be 5 minutes late and they were more than okay with it . When I arrived, they asked for 2 forms of ID, which I did not bring because 1. I was not told this when I was there the first day and 2. It did not tell me online. I told the guy who was working for the new member services I will run home to get my passport. I did and left my mom there waiting at the bank. He then told my mom that the appointment was at 12:30 and that he couldn't open up the account because we were past our appointment time. Why didn't he tell me before I left to get my passport?!? I wouldn't have gone to begin with. On top of that, he would not answer my moms general questions, as she was not the primary account holder but they were GENERAL questions. He then left to get a manager saying he cannot open up the account. We left. I wish I got his name but the overall service at Chase SUCKS. Opened an account with B of A. I will also tell friends and family to never go with Chase if no one calls and apologizes to my mom.

Chase Bank in Highland Park is the worst. Their parking lot is alway riddled with garbage & the workers there r rude. They treat you like you're trying to cheat them. Best to go to the Eagle Rock branch where they treat you with respect. And the parking lot is clean
