I can never cash a check at this location, bad service bad everything is just a useless place to go. I can cash out at pasadena or burbank, this branch is the worst i been in all LA County area

Horrible customer service! Very rude! They have no knowledge of their job. When I came in to ask for bank account access the bank attendant had no clue on how to help me or my family. They kept me going in circles from the bank to the court office without any proper information.
