Poor customer service. My experience was horrible. Listen to the reviews people. U-Haul is great and I just recommend going to a different location. I will. I'm not going to expose the staff here, I already submitted it on a survey. Great vehicle, reliable got the job done tho.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the absolute most bogus place I have ever dealt with. Do not waste your money here. Sketchy area and rude staff. Expect to be charged for random things and hour long wait times to get ahold of anyone.

Reserved a uhaul more than 2 weeks ago and got a call that there won't be available at my desired location and time. Now I have to go to Inglewood to pick up the uhaul. Extremely inconvenient and unreliable
