Avoid this location. The employees here are very unprofessional and lie to customers in order to get them to buy or in order to upsell items or services. I went in to buy a white iphone for my daughter to have on Christmas and it was only until after they charged me that I noticed the phone they were selling me was a different color. Instead of trying to get me the right phone or refund me, they said that this is the only color available anywhere right now. They didn’t even want to fully refund me. They said they could only return part of what I payed($41 difference). I took that and went up to the store Santa Monica(like 1 mile away) where I was able to get the right phone I needed and they didn’t try to upsell me or rip me off. The girl with the fake eyelashes and nails has to go. She was horrible at her job and she has been there for a while. I’ll never even drive by that place again. I’m sending all my friends and family to other places.

My nephew bought a phone from you guys not knowing how much extra he was charged $1780.82 for a phone ?! iphone 14 pro max what was he sold !!!! stay away from this location unless you want them to take advantage of you specially kids buying phones
