I could understand the previous reviews. As this could have gone really bad. But I was super happy with Ali at the counter. He helped get my bird within 30min. You do have to use your phone to log in and get in line. They don’t tell you this when you arrive inside. You would have to read the paper do know to do... read full comment

They are open late, if you are able to go after 8pm, traffic dies down a little and less of the morning/afternoon rush of drivers there picking up. Still a 2 hours waiting but not as bad. Make sure you have a hardcopy of your DO printed
