Super great fabric store! Fantastic choices of high quality fabrics and deeply discounted shorts. Love this place.

I was in the store when the exchange that has been reviewed happened. The staff remained respectful throughout, even when the person picking up the order became frustrated and demanding. It really seemed like a misunderstanding that got blown out of proportion.
