My Samsung phone suddenly demanded a password I didn't have. The only solution was a factory reset. Sebastian made the process les traumatic and was very patient. He even made sure my cat's photo was back as my screensaver! Very very reasonable and even free parking! Do not hesitate if you live in Hollwood area!
