The staff is friendly and professional, providing efficient service that often includes recognition and personalized assistance for regular customers. The cars are clean and well-maintained, with popular models like the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon receiving praise. Customers appreciate the competitive prices, though some mention slow pickup times and extensive communication during rentals, such as multiple texts to confirm drop-off details. Hubby had to rent a car due to being rear ended. Everyone here was polite and professional. USAA took care of the charges so the process was simple.

Wonderful customer service, didn’t make promises they couldn’t keep, and the car was very clean when I received it.
