I had a wonderful experience at this storage facility, thanks to the amazing customer service from Rae. From the moment I walked in, Rae greeted me with warmth and professionalism. They took the time to really listen to my needs, explained the different unit options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice.
What stood out most was Rae’s patience and attention to detail—no question felt too small, and every step of the process was handled with care. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel taken care of, but Rae did just that.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and easy to access, but it’s Rae’s outstanding service that made the experience so smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for storage with top-notch customer support, I definitely recommend coming here and asking for Rae!

My sister had had a storage here for a long time. An they have been very helpful. When I hurt my finger in the elevator the lady gave me bandages and alcohol wipes to clean it

This is a good storage selection it's just I wish they had more ability for people with disabilities cuz it's really hard for people to go up those stairs you have some of the employees that work there especially the women and personalities are really nice ✨✨👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
