The reviews are unfair. This is a FedEx dropoff location. You need to have your package wrapped and have the label taped on package.
If you do that, this is a seamless process. I just went and dropped off my package in less than a minute. Great service

I went in for a passport photo. Small shop, very personable and the staff was polite, accommodating and very efficient. What more can anyone say?
