I needed something laminated. The three buffoons behind the counter were too busy in personal conversations to acknowledge people waiting in line. When Marsha finally came to help me, she pointed out the self-serve laminating machine, yet failed to inform me that employees are able to laminate for customers on a machine behind the counter. This was after I told Marsha I didn’t know how to use a laminating machine I left the store. I went to the UPS store further west on Sunset Boulevard. What a difference! Three employees who were polite, friendly and customer service oriented. I will never go back to the FedEx Store at 7630 W Sunset.

Waste of time, staff useless, unprofessional and not helpful at all. Woman seems to have a « chip on her shoulder » being there, instead of being helpful, she is being condescending. Will print somewhere else.

Always understaffed. Printers frequently not working properly and never able to get assistance due to the understaffing (1 employee for the entire print center). Say in line for 15mins to get refunded for the bad prints and eventually left because it wasn’t moving.For printing services I’m now only using places like Staples or Office Depot.

This is only a review for Brandi at this location. I had my passport shipped overnight from Texas to my address and it was supposed to get here before 8 am as I had a flight a few hours later. The driver attempted delivery late, and did not even try to contact me. I was getting freaked out but when we went in and asked Brandi what to do, she was SO helpful and turned my horrible experience with FedEx, into a (sorta) good one overall!The customer service online is TERRIBLE and they were making stuff up and telling me my tracking number was wrong even though I got it from an email from FedEx...Brandi was excellent and answered all our questions and went above and beyond! BRANDI YOU'RE THE BESTTTTT!!! GIVE HER A RAISE PLS

I had an extremely disappointing experience with FedEx provided by Osha A. due to the arrogant, rude, and unprofessional behavior of her as an employee. From start to finish, it was a nightmare dealing with her. Her lack of respect and professionalism is unacceptable, and I'll be avoiding FedEx in the future.

If you have a line of people waiting you can either do the welcoming polite thing and acknowledge them when they are 8 ft away and say something like ‘hi. Sorry for the delay we’ll be with you as soon as possible”. It’s nice to be acknowledged and feel like people are working hard to get to help everyone.Not at this FedEx. Three men behind the counter. I waited 20 mins(8 ft away from counter) before anyone acknowledged my existence. That’s a very uncomfortable situation. Especially when you are just trying to pick up a package. One gentleman had an ongoing chat with his customer and for some odd reason kept remeasuring the same box (maybe 8”x8”) repeatedly. They were chatting and quietly laughing about whatever they were talking about. Second Gentleman helped a customer print some sort of affidavit. Stood at the printer for at least 5 mins waiting for 2 pages to come out. Stood there with the couple while they discussed among themselves at great length. A conversation that did not involve the employee. And the entire time he just stood there keeping his head down intentionally not looking at the line. He could have said excuse me while I help the next customer. But no. 20 mins total just watching the couple discuss their legal document. Finally there was Michael. He had to help someone with a happy return. The word “happy” really means torture for everyone waiting. Not his fault he had the job of a gap associate scanning each of the 8 clothing items being returned. Whole Foods doesn’t do that when people return 8 articles of clothing. Hey FedEx perhaps there is a way to make the Happy Returns efficient and reasonable. Anyway, the customer left and Michael stood there and folded each item of clothing to place in a bag. Ok. Starting to feel like the Gap. But here’s the thing. I am standing less than 6ft away and not once just he look at the line or even make eye contact. Just spent the next 5 mins folding clothes. Michael, just because you don’t look at the line doesnt mean it’s not there. It was just plain rude and somewhat offensive given the 20 mins I wasted standing in front of him. Finally the first employee was freed from the 8in boxes and was able to help me. I mean this in all sincerity FedEx folks. A little common courtesy goes a long way. Granted I am at your mercy because I can’t choose to go to another location but be professional and thoughtful and don’t do things that only agitate customers who didn’t ask to be agitated.

Staff at this branch are always incredibly professional, reliable and helpful, even when I turn up with tricky situations at hand, they always help me the best way they can.

Came in at 1pm on a Tuesday and had 30min to ship a package. Given past shipping experiences, I was nervous that wouldn't be enough time.Walked in, vibe was good. Two people ahead of me in line.It was painless to email them the shipping label and they printed it for me.I was in and out in under 10 minutes!

Apparently rampant theft here sadly... today is the second time I have mailed a thin Fedex Envelope here in the box by the door and it was never scanned in.. inside was a check. Be warned.
