Alfred was amazing!!! He usually works at the Vine location but he was stepping in at this location. We came in with a ton of boxes and a complicated shipping order and he had such a positive and efficient attitude. He really made the experience so much easier. Thank you, Alfred!

I encountered the rudest most disgusting customer in line who started shouting remarks at me at 8am. Luckily the gentleman working got me in and out quickly. What’s up with people trying to fight at a fedex at 8am Wednesday morning? Lol
