The buses are often clean, quiet, and provide a smooth ride, with drivers who are very nice, kind, and polite. The service is not expensive to ride, and buses have a bathroom and plug-in, though passengers need a charging block along with a cord. The bus arrives and leaves on time most of the time, with working AC and a working bathroom, and arrives at the designated time. However, finding the pick-up location can be tough if you are not used to or know the area, though a designated waiting area with a worker delegating where to stand can make it easy to find. The restroom aboard the bus does not have a place to wash hands, so bringing hand sanitizer is advised. Cleanliness can be a hit and miss, as the bus needs an upgrade and a real cleaning. There is also a risk of getting ripped off if paying for extra seat assignment in advance, and one time the bus never came to the station lot, leaving passengers stranded without a refund or customer service. Overall, it is a great option for travel, with a comfy and laidback ride, though you can’t control who’s traveling onboard your route.
