“Nice place, you can say what you want about the neighborhood and everything, but the parking lot itself was clean, quiet, and there were tons of available spaces, I walked in, everything seemed in order, the two people working there were super nice.
The guy who helped me was very respectful, answered all the questions I had, I got my new Armenian history TAP card and was on my way in less than 3 minutes; I don’t know about other locations but this Metro Customer Center was phenomenal, would definitely recommend to come here and get your work done”

“As of January 2018, Maven has two car sharing locations at Union Station. This is the Parking Lot D location on the north side of the station, near the Mozaic apartments. (There is a separate location further south that Maven refers to as “Union Station – Gold Line Fence.)”
“NOT BAD AT ALL ….. finding the place is kinda tough if you are not used to or know the area. I uploaded lots of pictures to show you what to expect ! The waiting area is full of different types of vending machines . There is a restroom. There is free Wi-Fi. They also have a charging station and many outlets inside the building where you wait for your bus . It was very clean in the waiting area . My only complaint is the restroom aboard the bus dosnt have a place to wash your hands so bring hand sanitizer. Overall my ride and experience with flix was great 10/10”

“I can't say enough good things about this company, their customer service and their drivers! If you have a choice of the logistics company you use, please give them a try! I've had two drivers and both went above and beyond to help during my delivery. Friendly, thoughtful and helpful. These drivers seem to really love their job and it shows in the commitment to getting the job done and done well! I've also had to speak to the office a few times because the company I made a purchase through was being a bit evasion. XPO constantly checked the status for me, kept me informed, and even provided a call when the driver was close!”

“I have only used Zipcar three times but all three of those times I had little to no issue and the small issue I had was promptly resolved. The issues I have/had are1. There aren't any cars in Torrance where I live. I have to Uber to the car which is either in el Segundo or lax. Which whatever that's not that big of a deal. I have more of an issue with Ubers prices being so high but that's beside the point. 2. I was charged a late fee of $50. I was at the location at the correct time. I was waiting in the car for my Uber because it was pouring rain and I would have been soaked. My Uber showed up 6 minutes after my drop off time. I called customer service and easily got someone on the phone. The lady was extremely nice and removed the fee after I explained to her the situation. So all good.I like Zipcar. The prices are affordable, cars have been clean with the exception of one that smelled like smoke but it wasn't that bad and that's not Zipcars fault that's on the dip s**t that smoked in it. The gas is covered which is awesome!! I actually got a Toyota Tacoma last time and it was NICE!! I honestly don't know what everyone is complaining about because the Zipcar I use is awesome and convenient ish. So Zipcar if you're reading this maybe have some cars in Torrance but if that's not an option fine. Keep up the good work!!!”
