Garey Building is a professionally managed community in the Arts District, offering comfort, style, and convenience. The building is a staple in the area, maintained very well with an intriguing list of attractive amenities. These include a pool, resident co-working spaces, and it is dog-friendly. The location is amazing. The people are what make this building great. The whole staff is excellent, wonderful, and very helpful. The leasing office keeps all residents informed, is quick to respond to any issues or concerns, and is always eager to help. The maintenance team is excellent, with fast and reliable service. Maintenance requests are solved immediately with a quick turn-around. The team is respectful, friendly, patient, and sweet. The area also features great nearby businesses, including amazing Korean food and an on-site doggy daycare.

I just renewed my lease for a 2nd time and the people are what make this building great.
