While kinda not awesome looking on the outside, the room was actually clean and recently renovated. So it felt nice. Good value for my money and close to the Palladium concert venue.

Me and my family booked this hotel and it's been very good there's 2 beds one in the entrance then the other ones in one if the rooms oh and the bathroom is clean and it's 7 minutes away from universal studios also there's food near by like Dennys and McDonald's it's js amazing to

Really awesome place despite how it may look on the outside. The gentleman that checked us in and out is fantastic and very can-do! Many thanks for your fantastic hospitality! Will return!Rooms are cosy and has good lighting to!
