“This place has always been my go-to spot for all things cellular. I've purchased phones here like Samsungs, Motorola's and Apple iPhone. I've also utilized their phone repair services and they've always been able to assist me. This is my spot! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new phone or if you need a phone or tablet repaired. They have phone carriers like Boost Mobile, Simple Mobile, Ultra Mobile and Spectrum Mobile. They also carry unlocked phones and car special order any phone you need that they may not have in their inventory.”

I'm not very tech savvy so I was very relieved when he took care of all the technical things that had to get done. “I moved to WeHO on July 1 as a Verizon customer. Verizon did not schedule my home internet installation until July 15 from 8am-10am. I offered to pick up in-store for home install, but they had a system issue that prevented me from doing so. I was irritated, but patient.
The day came and I learned that they cancelled my home install without notice after I called them an hour into the installation window. After hours on the phone, chats, verification texts and being hung up on by Verizon reps, my patience ran out.
I went into T-mobile. Kyle got me set up with phone and internet service in 30 minutes—right before closing. He had an incredibly professional and calming demeanor. It’s a phone company, so I already know there will likely be bumps along the way, but I’m so grateful for Kyle getting me set up quickly and without hassle today. This is how customer service should be.

It was probably a busy hour to visit the store that I didn't know about. Once it was my turn, the staff attended to my request and installed the SIM card in my phone, which only took a few minutes. “I switched from Comcast and couldn't be happier. XO Communications worked with my building to plan the install and once installed, the gigabit fiber is awesome. My interactions with customer service were great and the installers Larry Moore and Wayne Tzeng were super friendly and really know there stuff. I wish they could have stayed longer to talk but they already spent several hours getting the building ready. Wayne, hope you had a great trip to Japan! Highly recommend XO Communications!”
