“Came in very unhappy with Verizon. Have not been able to reach a live representative through 611 after several attempts with the AI robot I came to a corp store. Thank goodness I met with Valente who made me happy to be a Verizon customer again he was extremely helpful in getting my issues addressed. I’m not the friendliest when I’m frustrated but Valente was patient and I felt he understood my concerns. I would give him a raise or at the very least a nice steak dinner for him and his family.”
