Sooooo happy with my rings!! I have a bridal set with a fitted wedding band that lost a stone, and not only did they get it fixed and back to me timely, Kobelli did an AMAZING job keeping me informed and making it so easy to get a repair. Louise did a wonderful job explaining everything to me at the appointment and made sure the ring could be created with a tight turn around time! Louise made it super easy to pick the ring up at our agreed time, with curbside pick up. Overall I am very happy with the service I received and would buy from Kobelli again.
