Hours: Commercial Kitchen Space For Rent in Los Angeles Dedicated, permit-ready commercial food production and kitchen for lease within a community of fellow food industry entrepreneurs. Each kitchen is rented exclusively to one tenant for a year (or more). Tenants bring in their specialized equipment and we take care of all other facility requirements. Access key amenities like dry, cold, and frozen storage, attended loading docks, on-site logistics, professional staff, office space, and packing rooms. Our production spaces can be as productive as stand-alone facilities 5-10 times as large thanks to our many amenities and fantastic onsite teams. Amped Kitchens—L.A. North is housed in a 1940s-era former warehouse building in Lincoln Heights.
