Michelle maldonado is a true gem! She was gentle, kind, and very knowledgeable. I will also add that I am usually very hesitant of getting lab work but she made the experience so warm and easy :)

if you can go to one of the beverly hills locations, take the extra few minutes to go there instead. no wait, quiet and clean environment, painless, done in 15 min. i have no idea why there were so many people at the westlake location. took me around an hour of mostly waiting to get out.

Once in. The staff were great! The building is old and bathroom needs replacing, but again ALL the staff were highly attentive. I give them all a 12 and would give them all a raise. Thank you
