Once in. The staff were great! The building is old and bathroom needs replacing, but again ALL the staff were highly attentive. I give them all a 12 and would give them all a raise. Thank you

Berenice was super helpful and knew I was in a hurry and stepped in. Process was seamless.

I would say stray away from this location bc of no parking. There is a yoshinoya next door that has vacant spots but beware of your car getting towed. Make sure to schedule an appt but be mindful to be asked to wait extra anyway. The nurse was very kind and quick for the bloodwork. And also shoutout to the girl handling the front desk. She handled agitated folks (not very patient patients) with grace.

I was already a little on edge due to the poor building conditions. Once I sat down for my blood draw the nurse didn’t introduce herself or say a word. I expressed that I was nervous and her response was “well we have a lot of patients so we need to hurry this up” after being in her chair for 1 minute. I got up and left without getting my test done. Would rather wait a whole month for a blood draw at another location then step foot in here again.

Dirty neighborhood, building seems falling apart. And I think nurse forgot to apply antiseptic before injecting the needle. No wonder they have many slots available to reserve.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while in a medical facility.
I think her name was Renice I don’t know. I can’t quite remember because it was all such a horrible experience.
I told her that my veins are very deep and I’ve had a lot of issues in the past. She acted like she didn’t care and then when she stuck the needle in my arm, she continued to dig back-and-forth on the inside of my arm, instead of taking it out to re-insert it like you’re supposed to do.
I asked for the manager to come over and I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing a Mickey Mouse sweater. She said to twist the ice packs when I want to use them on my way home.
That would’ve been a nice gesture if she did didn’t give me heat packs.
My arm is extremely bruised up and I’ve been icing it since I left.

Total nightmare. We had to leave without getting out test at all. The company is a disaster. Never again.

I usually don’t rate medical clinics or labs I usually have a bad experience. But I’d give this lab a 5 star. They respected my scheduled appointment time and took good care of me. The technician also helped other patients to check in patiently. Everything took me five minutes the clinic is not in the best neighborhood street parking was not too hard to fight after 9 o’clock. There are a lot of street parking alongside the park nearby. I went before nine so I parked on the side street.

Dangerous, unsafe, unsanitary, no parking.

This is a very small location. It’s hard to get an appointment for the same week. 1 star off for that. Try booking in advance. Or walk in. But the hours open are very inconvenient for those working day shifts. Another star off. Staff are great! They’re always kind, professional, and efficient. However, wait times can take an hour+ depending on how many people are in the extended waiting rooms across the hall! Parking is at meters on wilshire blvd. If you’re lucky, you’ll find a spot. Bring change and a credit card in case one or the other doesn’t work on the meters. Buses go down Wilshire, too. This is right next to McArthur Park, a very needy community where our disabled, mentally unwell, untreated addictions, and other homeless people hang out.

The staff are very attentive and efficient workers, but the area where it's located is unsanitary and full of homeless people and drug addicts.

I had a really good experience! I booked an appointment a couple days before. The staff were really friendly. The male phlebotomist, I wish I remembered his name, because he was really nice, personable, and eased my nerves (I worry sometimes that Ill faint, but I was able to lie down). It went super smoothly. Bit tough to find parking, heads up, but hey its LA.

Quite unhygienic for a lab. Especially the dirty bathroom.
