Magic Castle Hotel is a charming and fun small hotel in the middle of Hollywood, right behind the Chinese Theater. The vibe is chill and great to come home to. While the rooms are a bit old, they are clean. The hotel is not new and boring, but old and charming. The service and hospitality are exceptional, wonderful, and the best. The staff is great, super friendly, welcoming, and friendly 24/7, providing exceptional attention to detail. They make guests feel safe, happy, appreciated, and looked after. It is a really cool hotel for kids and family. There are many free treats, including free ice cream, icy poles, popsicles, candy, soft drinks, soda, and snacks. There is a heated, warm pool open always, 24/7, with movie nights. The location is great. The only complaints noted were a non-working bedroom TV and a lack of closed captioning on the main TV. Guests describe it as the best hotel, making their trip unforgettable.
The service here is second to none! No cockroaches, Great location and terrific service. Free ice cream, snacks at the front desk, and fountain drinks. The room was too small for how much they charge and i could hear people through the walls and hear the toilet lid open and close from their bathroom. Customer service and fun perks like the ice cream and soda are 5 stars! The breakfast, rooms and parts of the property are lacking for the price point.
