Don't go here! Cold blooded vibes! Saul asked manager Katia if I can charge my phone. Katia said only if I fill out the review. I did. Then Katie said a few minutes later, "Is there any thing I can help you out with"....I said politely. She then said charging is only for customers. === Also I heard them just talk about how they make over on getting customers to buy phone packages not needed.

This is the 8th month in a row that they tell me and my mom that they can’t accept bill payments in cash or credit. (???) Apparently they just do it on the day that the bill is due. Or sometimes they tell us the system is down, which is acceptable the first time but I have heard that excuse 3 times at least. What if we want to pay early? the metro a few blocks away never has these issues. Why is this the only one? My mom doesn’t know how to pay on the app. And I don’t want her having to go out of her way, with all those crazy people in Hollywood, just to pay her bill. This is unacceptable and I know I can’t be the only one they do this too.

Allen is the BEST Metro T Mobile rep ever. He was polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that we got everything taken care of that we came here for today. Definitely management material, and will be driving out of our way to only come back to this location due to the excellent customer service he provided with us today. I see yes..I love the location of this MetroPCS is right on the corner of Santa Monica and Bundy drive. The gentleman was so nice this is they're very elderly friendly here at this location so if you're looking for a place to come that will be comfortable for your elderly parents this is it. Thank you again for MetroPCS for helping us out
