This Metro store is vastly more helpful than the one in Echo Park (at Echo Park and Sunset Blvds). The people I've dealt with are helpful and honest (whereas the guy in Echo Park is obsessed with trying to sell stuff). Sometimes they're understaffed, so there can be a wait.
