Do not use MoneyGram--use Western Union to send money instead. MoneyGram will refuse to process your desired transaction, and even cancel your account without giving you any reason or opportunity to be heard, on the basis of some mysterious logarithm they won't explain and which appears in its face to be racially discriminatory.
