I purchased a NordicTrack x22i in '21 and after only a few uses it started to have issues (belt freezing mid workout, no belt movement). New Life did send out 2 techs (which I paid for) over the course of the next year and even picked it up in '23 and tried to repair it but it has only gotten worse and now doesn't even turn on.Wile their customer service seemed promising at first, they have been unreachable since August. The reality is that buyer don't know where this equipment is coming from, has no serial numbers and will likely stop working. If I could go back, I would pay full price for a machine with a serial number and warranty vs having a machine in my house that doesn't work.Just want to make sure buyers understand the tradeoffs before they invest 1k-2k on a machine.

Shame on you. Take the money and run. No support. Selling equipment with no serial numbers. Parts can not be ordered. DON'T throw away your money with this company.

I got a great deal on a Nordic Track. Lasted almost 2 years but then it fell apart and they can’t be reached to repair it. It’s not a great deal if it’s garbage that fast. They’re crooks. Put together machines with parts from broken machines. No serial numbers on anything. Sketchy.

They are thieves. They sold me a defective treadmill and when I tried calling them for service they never answered the phone. I later found out they shuttered their warehouse and left town.

Pay attention to the low reviews, the 5 stars are mostly AI-generated. I've had a treadmill for 1.5 years. Deck cracked twice. Motor makes a sound like there's two miniature people inside having a wrench fight. They sent a replacement deck the first time it cracked (eventually). No answer now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!! I paid a great price for my Nordictrack elliptical. Their guys set it up with great care. After several months it was squeaking badly and I called and they sent out repair person who fixed it. All good so far. Now (owned it since 2/22) it's making an even bigger noise and these guys can't be reached. I drove to warehouse and it's locked up. Hired repairman even tho I am still under warranty from seller thru 2025 and the repairman told me these guys are crooks! They get busted and move to a new location and start over. There's no serial number on the machine and repairman needs it to order correct part. It was cheap but not cheap enough to be broken beyond repair after 1 1/2 years. Stay away from them

I purchased a treadmill over a year ago, it's defective and needs replacement. It's been about a year and a half and I still have not received the replacement. I have also followed up many times and still nothing. I have left messages too with no responses.

I’m convinced the company offers lower prices because they do not offer support for broken machines. The only reason I can figure for why there is no serial number on our 2 year old broken treadmill is the treadmill was purchased off the black market

This has been the worst experience of any treadmill purchase I've ever had.Yes. They are a liquidator of cardio equipment so you will get a cheaper price, however, the labor and parts warranties for when something INEVITABLY goes wrong with your equipment, is an absolute terror to work through.I used to work on treadmills for a living through college, so I can figure out what breaks on treadmills when something goes wrong. In June 2023, my NordicTrack 1750 Commerical Treadmill stopped working due to a master controller short, I needed to replace it. When you call, IF you get a hold of someone, which I can guarantee you won't the first dozens of times you call, they then take days to send out replacements. The replacement once shipped, took standard shipping time to get here, but I ordered 2 parts and only 1 was sent. The second part, the belly pan which came broken from the initial delivery, I have been waiting on for weeks. This piece, contains all of the major components to include the belt motor, master controller and all the wires and cords so that when you elevate the deck, or collapse the treadmill to store it, it is contained and doesn't get caught. It is very important!I have called hundreds, and I am not exaggerating, hundreds of times over the past 2 months, and in the 3 times they've picked up, it went from, this piece is out of stock, to I can't order it, to me finding it online, to I need approval to order this piece, to the point where now I cannot get ahold of anyone at that location. I have called numerous times and the customer service isn't bad, good or otherwise, its NON-EXISTENT. No one picks up!I just want the component that under my 3-year parts warranty I am entitled to.Do NOT buy from this company because the 10-20% discount you get you will WISH you spent that extra money for the actual decent customer service you get anywhere else.Go Elsewhere.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. BUYER BEWARE. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS and called for over 2 weeks with ZERO response. I was sent a treadmill and ever since I received it does not work, also be aware that the serial numbers are removed this company should be CANCELLED. They state that they have a warranty and when you call nobody answers or response I have sent multiple emails with zero response.

This company is a complete scam and joke. They are NOT an authorized dealer for Pro Form or Nordic Track, so any warranty they offer actually does not even exist. I know, because I purchased an elliptical from these clowns, and when the console went black and died after using the machine a few times, and New Life never responded to emails, calls or texts, I called Pro Form directly. Nope, no warranty in effect. Never was one. Oh, but don't worry. Pro Form will come fix it regardless - if you're willing to pay the $200 service fee, and the $650 for a new console after a few months. And coincidentally (but not), the console died as soon as we canceled iFit and did not want to pay for a subscription. These machines more likely than not are stolen or "fell off a truck" somewhere. I had a bad vibe the minute I walked in to the warehouse - it feels like a cover for some other shady business that's really going on. Stay away from these fraudsters and scammers. The 5 star reviews are also a lie. Customers are given a free year of iFit if they write a 5 star review. Costco has most of the same machines brand new for the same price, with a legitimate warranty. How this place remains in business is a mystery. I mean, aside from the mob/gang affiliation.

Found them online while looking for workout equipment. Visited their showroom and was pleased with the variety and condition of the equipment they had. Sales rep was also very informative. Purchased a treadmill and had it delivered within a couple of days. Daniel and Leo delivered the treadmill into my living room being very careful not to damage the equipment or my property - complete professionals.

Appreciate all the help on our purchase of a new treadmill during our recent visit to New Life Cardio Equipment. Junior was insightful in helping us choose the right machine. Danny was supremely helpful in coordinating a smooth delivery in between my work meetings, and giving a quick rundown on setup to help get me started. Awesome experience, good prices. I’ll definitely be referring friends, thanks!
