I've had excellent customer service from this bank since day one. It's far better than the rest

I have been with One West Bank since they opened the office on Sepulveda Blvd. Everyone very helpful & friendly. Realize due to virus things have changed, - I do not know all of the tellers as I did previously & the wait is longer - If that is all I have to worry about I am lucky.
