Marlo and Marleny are excellent representatives for Quest's mission. They are friendly, experienced, explained all questions and very caring to my fear of needles. I had scheduled an appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes early. The electronic check-in is easy to understand and easy to use. Once I was checked in, my name was called within 5-10 minutes. The waiting time exceeded my expectations.
