Quest Diagnostics is a well-established testing center that offers a variety of lab services, including COVID-19 antibody testing by appointment. The location is accessible within the Rite Aid-Vons Shopping Center, with an entrance between WingStop and Union Bank. The staff is generally professional and caring, with many customers highlighting the exceptional service provided by individual technicians. One staff member, in particular, was praised for making a difficult appointment happen quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the importance of human interaction when patients are ill. The center offers routine lab tests, pediatric specialty tests, glucose tolerance tests, and wellness programs, including biometric assessments. Appointments are recommended to avoid long waits, as walk-ins may be placed on standby, which can lead to longer wait times. Customers appreciate how quickly they are seen once checked in, often being called in just a few minutes after arriving. Many reviews mention the friendly and professional attitude of the staff, with some expressing satisfaction with their experiences, including minimal waiting times and confidence in the staff’s expertise. However, there are concerns about the lack of human interaction in certain areas, such as the reception, which can be confusing or impersonal at times. Overall, Quest Diagnostics receives positive feedback for its efficient service, professional staff, and convenient services.
I came an hour before my appointment time due to a last minute schedule change. It wasn’t busy at noon, and I was able to be seen and was out in 10 minutes. Very easy and I hope that processing and receiving the results is also smooth sailing.

The person who drew my blood was exceptional. I thought I had an appointment at Quest, but I didn’t. I needed to have my labs done by 9:00 AM, and I believe her name is Grazelle. She made it all happen for me. YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HER,

Human interaction is critical when someone is ill. You walk in and the receptionist area is boarded up and you only have a computer an elderly couple and a non-English speaking family couldn’t figure out the computer and no one answered the door.
