Visited for the first time for the Sunday open sitting meditation. Was a wonderful experience. Very peaceful sit followe ed by an invigorating discussion.
Online meditation and programs via Zoom. Our weekly online meditation meet Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. Once per month (on a Saturday afternoon) we meet in person at Neighborhood Church in Pasadena (meditation instruction available for those who are new). We also provide ongoing monthly meditation groups via Zoom which include Contemplative Creativity Lab, Healing Circle, Stitch Circle Family & Children Groups and more.
