Shell, the local gas station in the neighborhood, is known for its good service and friendly employees who are usually helpful. While the pricing at this Shell location is consistently higher than other Shell stations, especially for premium grade fuel, it remains a convenient option for the Highland Park area. The station itself is generally well-maintained and clean, though the car wash machine appears to be currently unavailable.
Advertised price is only if you get a car wash. The part that says “with wash” has no lighting behind it and is unreadable at a glance, especially in the dark. The real price is actually 30 cents higher than what they advertise on the board. Save your money and go somewhere else less deceptive.

Don’t use their Carwash. Broke down on me twice and the second time the attendant thought I was lying and trying to get my money back 🙄

They let people, large groups of men, party, drink, and play deafeningly loud music, in the car park and they do nothing to stop it. This happens every night and they consistently allow it to happen. It’s a massive disturbance and means people in the area cannot sleep or work in the evenings without disturbance.
