“I had a real dilemma over the last week trying to ship a valuable item from coast to coast and I could not find anyone to ship it because of its weight and odd sized packaging. But Adam, the worker, at this fed ex hub went above and beyond to get the thing packed properly, weighed, and shipped. Something USPS and UPS wouldnt do. But this man helped me get it done so i could get paid for shipping the item. Thank you to Adam for a job well done and helping me out of a jam.”

“Customer Service and replacement motor are great. Unfortunately shipment was missing one of two mounting screws and all of the plastic push pins that secure the rubber boot. I called Customer Service needing to order a new controller unit. At same time asked if they could add the missing plastic push pins. Note I used one of my old mounting screws for missing screw. Was told would need to return the motor order or buy a new rubber motor cover. Organization needs to give the Customer Service people some leeway. Very frustrating since I cant return a new mounted motor. Guess I will use some baling wire to replace the missing pushpins!”

“I have worked with Stephanie like others mentioned here on the yelp reviews for TECO-LA notary and translation services. She is well-versed in this area and has tons of experience with both of these services (notary and translation). We started out communication with a phone call then emails to prep documents before my actual notary appointment. First of all the whole process with TECO-LA authentication is tedious and confusion (the website is probably one of the most difficult things to navigate and can be very confusing to understand and read). Stephanie helped me with understanding the document requirements and items needed for my application. I can't thank her enough with this. Her prices are fair and she is very professional, responsible and timely in her responses. Would recommend her with anyone needing notary or translation services with TECO-LA. She is the GO TO PERSON!”

“Love that there is a mailbox nearby that will accept USPS, Fedex and UPS packages (even if we don't have a box there). But what makes this place special is the team that works there. Friendly, professional, and sincere employees. They genuinely like having our business. Lots of packaging supplies if you run out or don't have the right size for your shipment. If I needed a mailbox, I'd use them for sure. Place is safe and there's always parking (even a loading parking space right in front). It's right next to the Beachwood cafe and market - so easy in and out. They have no problem letting me know when I call if the mail has been picked up -- which helps a lot!”
