“Pretty standard for a Lineage facility. Don't try to check in too early. They will usually only take you 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. Plenty of room to back in. Load times are pretty standard for Lineage. Expect to be there 90 minutes to 2 hours for loading. Can't speak to unload times as I only pick-up here.”

“Yesterday I spoke with guards and the supervisor about a package in their facility. Though I couldn't get it because of new rules put into place, I really appreciate the supervisor taking my call off-site (after she'd already left for the day), being incredibly respectful and explaining the situation. Yes, I'm disappointed I couldn't retrieve my package but they weren't at fault and all acted with extreme professionalism. Thank you.”
