    Two stars because the charger is free to use, and a good location in the city. However, can't go higher than that because 1) of the two Tesla chargers, only one works, and 2), there are two other ChargePoint chargers, which have been deactivated.     Use call box at MetLofts to ask for access to charger. No fee to park unless events are happening
